SPEAKERS
At the CAIRO Forum, thought leaders and pioneers unite to build an open and equitable world where humans and intelligent agents coexist and co-create.

Prof. Yulia Sandamirskaya
Prof. Yulia Sandamirskaya is heading the Research Center Cognitive Computing in the Institute of Computational Life Sciences at ZHAW in Wädenswil. Her research group develops neuromorphic sensing and computing technology for robots capable of working safely and effectively in human vicinity. Prof. Sandamirskaya has led research groups at UZH/ETH and Intel Labs and holds a Dr.rer.nat. degree from the Institute for Neural Computation at the Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany. She is a co-founder of the cognitive robotics integrator company Auroniq-robotics and of the startup YuRo, which is building a fast AI system for safe and efficient robotic manipulators.

Svetlana is the founder of Stellastone GmbH, based in Zurich. With 15 years across TradFi institutions and crypto-native firms, she builds the commercial infrastructure that digital asset founders need to convert institutional interest into signed business.

Dr Justinas Mišeikis
is an AI Commercialisation Strategist working at the intersection of deep tech, corporate strategy, and emerging robotics ecosystems. Holding a PhD in Robotics & Computer Vision and an Executive MBA, he has spent over a decade translating frontier technology into boardroom decisions such as advising investors, corporates, and startups across Europe on what (Physical) AI actually means for competitive strategy.
With 40+ patents, 15+ scientific publications, and direct experience inside companies building Physical AI systems, Justinas occupies a rare position: technically credible enough to interrogate the technology, commercially sharp enough to build the business case.

Head of Sales at Agremo, a globally operating AI-powered precision agriculture platform enabling data-driven crop production through drone and satellite analytics. With over 7 years of experience in B2B sales and agritech, he works with organisations across Europe, North America, and Australia to drive efficiency, optimise inputs, and support more sustainable farming practices.

Bill Lee
CEO & Co-Founder of DualMint, where he is building on-chain infrastructure to finance and tokenise revenue-generating physical assets. DualMint's Boring Index Vault deploys capital into machines and devices — from laundromats to energy controllers to hydroponic farms — underwriting them with real-time telemetry and distributing yield to institutional LPs. Before DualMint, Bill spent two decades in enterprise technology. He is an Oracle veteran and led FAST Search & Transfer's APAC operations, scaling the business ahead of its $1.2B acquisition by Microsoft. He brings a rare combination of deep technical architecture experience and operational leadership to the RWA space. Bill is based in Hong Kong and focuses on bridging institutional capital with DePIN infrastructure through transparent, data-driven asset financing.
